Caroline de los Reyes
FUNCTIONAL NUTRIONIST
I am a Functional Nutritionist passionate about helping teenagers get back to the basics of healthy eating. My goal is to inspire young people to choose nutrient-dense, clean, and high-quality foods while understanding the difference between the common Standard American Diet and a more holistic, health-focused lifestyle. I believe in taking a holistic approach that is educational, fun, and inspiring—something youth can take home and apply in their lives. I’m dedicated to making nutrition approachable and empowering for teenagers, helping them reevaluate their understanding of nutrition and motivating positive lifestyle changes.

As a parent of teenagers myself, I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, independence, and resilience in the outdoors and beyond.Currently, I work at The Social Hub as a Systems & Operations Specialist, where I focus on creating smooth, behind-the-scenes workflows that keep everything running efficiently.
